Not only is it great for soothing bumps and bruises or keeping tiny hands warm, it’s a fuss-free way to keep packed lunches cool if you’re not using one of our Food Jars.

How To Use

As hot pack

• Submerge in hot (not boiling) water for 5 – 7 minutes
• Once pack is warm enough, dry off and begin use

As cold pack

• Place in fridge or freezer for up to 60 minutes
• Once pack is cold enough, begin use
• IMPORTANT: Do not store permanently in freezer
